1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Autolearn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Autolearn provides an AI-powered study assistant for A-Level Business students. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to use Autolearn. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share your account with others or use the service in any automated or bulk manner.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at £9.99/month.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or abusive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to your account
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law

6. AI-generated content

Autolearn uses AI models to generate study content. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify important information with your teacher or official AQA materials. Autolearn is not affiliated with AQA.

7. Intellectual property

The Autolearn name, logo, and service are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Autolearn is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
